About Us

A Mission of Movement

Fluidity Fitness is a combination of Yoga, Barre & Pilates. We focus on optimizing the whole-body strength, improving functional flexibility, enabling greater mobility in everyday life. Evolve your workout to a whole new level of intensity with our Fluidity Barre, balls & bands. Barre sessions are designed for all fit levels. Two 45 minute sessions a week are designed to transform your body so it is toned and strong.   

Remember that it is called a workout for a reason, to get something out of exercise, you have to put something into it. You will reap the benefits if you put in the work.         

Our Instructors with Experience

Our Master Instructor Margie has over 20 years experience. Not only do our Instructors have the most up to date certificates in their discipline, they all practice what they teach.

Margie Tummolo, Not only is she passionate about fitness, she also renovated Marbellafit studio. 

Fluidity Barre Certified by Founder Michelle Austin at Genesis Health Club Lawrence, Kansis 2015. 

AFAA workshops 1995-2010, Atlantic City NJ, Miami FL, & NYC.  

NY Clubs Margie Instructed for.....Court Sports I & II, Bronxville Athletic, NY Sports, & Lucille Roberts.

Fitness Clients FAQs

Clients have questions, we have answers. Most frequently asked questions..... How long will it take to tone up, lose weight? 

Can we workout coming from physical therapy? 

We are just interested in toning arms and abs, can we just do that? 

  

Getting fit without getting hurt, with four tips.

1) Consult with your doctor before starting any workout, get the green light to start.

2) Be realistic in your expectations, if you are just starting out or coming from physical therapy you can't just go out and train hard and expect fast results. You have to accept that it's going to take time-weeks maybe, even months-before you're really feeling comfortable and making progress with results.   

3) Be aware of the warning signs, if your muscles are sore after an exercise, that's OK, as long as it's within reason . If your pain lasts more than three days consult with your physician. 

4) Remember that it is called a workout for a reason, to get something out of exercise, you have to put something into it. You will reap the benefits if you put in the work.
